Gutter allowance (inside margin) totals 1.5". Keep critical elements (text, phone numbers, logos, etc.) out of the gutter. For best results, set margins as follows: Inside and outside margins at .75", top and bottom margins at .5".

Magazine trim size is 8 3/8" x 10 3/4" and is a perfect bound publication.

Digital Specifications
Publication is created in InDesign on a Macintosh platform. Materials should be supplied as digital files. Press-ready ads should be submitted as PDFx1-a or PDF files distilled for press. DO NOT SUBMIT PRESS-READY ADS IN .TIF, .JPG OR ADOBE PHOTOSHOP FILES. Detailed instructions for creation of PDF files is available at www.azina.com/dreamspaces/advertise. Microsoft Publisher files are not accepted. If application files (InDesign or Illustrator only) are delivered for ad materials, all picture files and fonts (screen and printer) should be supplied with the ad (Mac fonts only). Picture files should be submitted as: tif, eps, psd or ai. Compressed .jpg files are not accepted. Digital image resolution should be 300 dpi at 8.5" for color and greyscales and 600 dpi for bitmap. Do not enlarge images more than 130%. All eps images should have fonts converted to outlines. A minimum conversion rate of $150 will be applied to materials that fail to meet publisher's requirements.

Files can be uploaded to our FTP site at ftp://dreamspaces.info using Internet Explorer or ftp software such as Fetch. Username: dream001. Password: Dreamspaces1 (case sensitive). Place ads into the appropriate folder for pickup, preflight and approval.
