- One of our partners will manage all business issues related to your account. This Client Relationship Director is the primary point of contact for overall account issues and is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction as well as on-time, on-budget completion of project deliverables. On large-scale projects, we may also assign a Project Manager, who works with the Client Relationship Director and manages the specifics of individual projects.
- The Client Relationship Director / Project Manager and one or more discipline leads will meet with your selected representatives to discuss your business, your market and your goals. Based on this, we will jointly develop a design and content strategy.
- Our Content Strategy & Development team will select and supervise writers and editors who generate ideas and write and edit articles.
- Our Design team will create a visual language, including photography, illustrations and creative design, to attractively and effectively carry your brand message.
- Our Production team will prepare the publication for press, select and work closely with the printer and monitor the printing onsite to ensure quality and cost control, as well as manage the distribution of the publication.
- To execute any Web component of your publication strategy, we have partnered with Grøtting Design to provide you with world-class Web services: Internet strategy, architecture, design, content and development.
- We will help you establish metrics, extending with the reach of your brand. We will ensure that you can use metrics as a source of learning and continuous improvement focused on the customer’s requirement.
